WE ARE BACK! The Rally Costa Smeralda Storico joins the FIA European Championship (EHRC) Pre 1992

It’s official: the Rally Costa Smeralda Storico makes its grand return to the international calendar and will be a valid round for the prestigious FIA European Historic Rally Championship (EHRC) Pre 1992.

This is a crucial milestone for the event promoted by AC Sassari, crowning years of intense work to restore this iconic race to its former glory. After consolidating its historical and national value, the Costa Smeralda is ready to reclaim the EUROPEAN stage it deserves, opening up to the teams and drivers of the continental championship.

The European date is already set. The next edition of the Rally Costa Smeralda Storico will be held on April 24-25, 2026.

The best crews specializing in historic rallying will compete over the iconic 150 km of special stages on the legendary asphalt roads of the Costa Smeralda, in Sardinia.
